DuetCam 服务条款与用户协议 Terms of Use & Standard EULA

感谢您选择使用 DuetCam。在下载、安装或使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本《服务条款与最终用户许可协议》（以下简称“本协议”）。

通过 App Store 下载或使用 DuetCam，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议约束。同时，本应用完全受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Apple Standard EULA） 约束，如果本协议条款与 Apple 标准 EULA 存在冲突，以 Apple 规定为准。

Thank you for choosing DuetCam. By downloading, installing, or accessing DuetCam via the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

DuetCam also adopts and adheres to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). In the event of any conflict, Apple's standard terms govern.

我们授予您一项个人的、可撤销的、非独占的、不可转让的、全球性的有限许可，用于在您拥有或控制的兼容 Apple 移动设备上下载并运行 DuetCam。

您同意在使用 DuetCam 时遵守适用法律法规，并承诺不得：

• 对 DuetCam 客户端进行反编译、逆向工程、反汇编或试图提取源代码；
• 未经他人明确知情和同意，利用双摄功能进行隐蔽窥视、非法偷拍或侵犯他人隐私权的行为；
• 转售、分发、租借或利用 DuetCam 构建实质性相同的商业竞品；
• 绕过或破解应用的内购验证机制或授权逻辑。

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to run DuetCam on compatible Apple iOS devices that you own or control.

You agree to adhere to all applicable local laws and regulations and agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from DuetCam;
• Use the dual recording capabilities to secretly record or invade the privacy of others without explicit consent;
• Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the application;
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent any StoreKit purchase verification or license checks.

DuetCam 提供部分高级功能升级（如“去除水印”、“4K/超清视频录制”、“高帧率与高级构图”等），统称为 DuetCam Pro。

• 计费与扣款：所有款项均通过您的 Apple ID 账户进行结算，支付金额以 App 内展示及 App Store 结账弹窗为准。
• 自动续订：订阅类产品（按月或按年）在到期前 24 小时内将自动续订并扣费。您可以随时在 iOS 系统的 「设置」→「Apple ID」→「订阅」 中取消续订。
• 买断方案：若您购买“永久买断 Pro（Lifetime）”，该购买为一次性付费，享受当前及后续所有 Pro 功能权益，且不产生任何定期扣款。
• 跨设备恢复购买：同一 Apple ID 在满足硬件双摄要求的其他 iOS 设备上，可通过点击应用内的“恢复购买（Restore Purchases）”无缝解锁 Pro 权限。
• 退款政策：退款申请受 Apple App Store 退款政策约束，请直接通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。

DuetCam provides advanced features under DuetCam Pro (such as watermark removal, 4K/high-bitrate recording, and custom layouts).

• Billing & Charges: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase at the displayed pricing.
• Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime Option: If you select "Lifetime Pro", it is a one-time charge granting permanent access to Pro features without recurring fees.
• Restoring Purchases: Purchases can be restored across your compatible devices sharing the same Apple ID using the in-app "Restore Purchases" button.
• Refunds: Refund requests are processed directly by Apple according to App Store policies via reportaproblem.apple.com.

您的作品完全属于您。您使用 DuetCam 拍摄、录制、合成并保存的所有视频片段、音频记录与截图，其知识产权与版权 100% 归属于您本人或原始权利人。我们不主张、也不要求获得您拍摄内容的任何所有权或使用权许可。

DuetCam 软件本身、品牌名称、Logo 图标、界面设计与代码技术的所有权与知识产权归 MaxOne AI 所有，受国际版权与知识产权法律保护。

Your creations belong solely to you. You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any videos, audio, or still frames captured using DuetCam. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to your media.

DuetCam software, logos, trademarks, and UI artwork remain the exclusive intellectual property of MaxOne AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

DuetCam 按“现状（AS IS）”和“现有（AS AVAILABLE）”基础提供。我们竭尽全力保障应用在兼容 iPhone 机型上的双摄录制稳定与音画同步，但不对因设备过热降频、低电量关机、存储空间耗尽或系统异常导致的录像中断承担间接连带责任。

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对任何偶然的、特殊的、惩罚性的或间接的损害承担赔偿责任。

DuetCam is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test multi-camera stability and synchronization, we are not liable for recordings interrupted by device overheating, depleted battery, or insufficient disk space.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at our sole discretion. Any modifications take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
